The fabulous Sheraton Four Seasons is the largest hotel and convention center between Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, Georgia, and offers excellent restaurants and bars, an exciting night life, and adjoins the famous Four Seasons Mall, one of the largest enclosed malls in the Southeast. How to Register:
The deadline for registration is February 23, 2009 and space is limited!
Just call CNC on our toll free number, (877) 426-2411 and press extension 5 and leave a message that you want to attend. Please speak clearly and be sure to include the following information.
- First and last name of provider
- Practice name
- Total number of people (including provider) that will be attending.
Once CNC receives your message, we will send you a fax confirming your reservation within 2 business days and will provide you with directions to the convention center.
Discounted Hotel Room Fees
In the event that you wish to spend the night, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Four Seasons Convention Center for CNC providers at a discounted price of $128.00 per night, plus tax. These rooms will be available at this discounted price and held until February 13, 2009. After that date, the hotel will continue to take reservations at their regular rates, provided rooms are available.
In order to reserve your room, please call the Sheraton Four Seasons prior to the February 13th deadline at (800) 242-6556, extension #1. Please be sure to identify yourself as a CNC provider in order to get the group discount.
