Chiropractic Network of the Carolinas, Inc. (CNC) is headquartered in Cornelius, NC, and stands alone as the oldest and largest North Carolina based chiropractic IPA. Incorporated in 1996, CNC began contracting to provide chiropractic network services in May of 1997 and currently contracts for nearly 6,000,000 lives in the states of North and South Carolina. CNC contracts with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), MedCost, Cigna Healthcare, Primary Physician Care, Carolina Summit and Kanawha.

Our objective is to create a “partnership” environment between our network and the Insurance Companies and PPO’s with whom we contract. By providing services such as network development, credentialing, central claims administration, quality management, free continuing education seminars and provider representatives we can maximize efficiency and provide value to our CNC providers as well as our managed care partners. CNC is fully staffed by dedicated healthcare professionals and does not subcontract any of the administrative services we provide.

Our organization is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and supports this association as well as state chiropractic associations.  These organizations benefit ALL chiropractors and CNC encourages all chiropractors to support our profession by joining both your state association as well as the ACA.
