Checking Claim Status
BEFORE submitting a request to CNC to check claim status, ALWAYS search ChiroTrack first to verify that your claims were submitted to CNC and that they did not error back to you on ChiroTrack. (This only applies to your electronic claims and not to the claims you file by paper, such as secondary and corrected claims.)
To search ChiroTrack, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to ChiroTrack.
2.Click on Check Status.
3. Change the Show the Claim Files submitted in the last __10__ days to 90 days.
4. If there are claims with ERRORS, please correct the errors and resubmit the claim.
5. If there are no claims with errors, click on Search Claims.
6. Search for your claim using one or all of the fields on the search screen.
7. If your search results show your claim and you have not yet received an EOB, please fax a claim status request to your CNC Provider Rep at (877) 329-2620.
8. If your search results do not locate your claim, the claim has not been submitted to CNC via ChiroTrack.
