Inclusive Health Claims

We have received many calls and questions about how to file claims for Inclusive Health. All claims for Inclusive Health members must be filed directly to CNC.

Inclusive Health, also known as the North Carolina Health Insurance Risk Pool (NCHIRP), became effective January 1, 2009, and contracted with MedCost to use their provider network. Inclusive Health is administered by CoreSource, Inc.  North Carolina providers must submit their Inclusive Health claims directly to CNC and not to Inclusive Health, MedCost or CoreSource.

At this time, Inclusive Health claims must be submitted to CNC via “paper claims” using the CMS 1500 claim form.  (These claims cannot be submitted electronically to CNC via ChiroTrack.)   We anticipate that you will be able to submit these claims electronically through ChiroTrack within a few months and will let you know as soon as this can be done.
