Please note that Vertebral Axial Decompression (VAD) cannot be billed through CNC.

Just as with all non-covered services, you may bill the patient directly, provided you first obtain a signed waiver from the patient agreeing to pay for the non-covered service.  Such waivers must be in writing and must be maintained in the member's healthcare record.
