CNC has completed the 2008 Provider Utilization Management (UM) reviews and all Provider UM packets were mailed by March 1, 2009. It is very important that you carefully review the UM report and the letter enclosed with your UM packet. Please call us if you have any questions regarding the information contained in your report.

For those of you who qualified for a CNC “Excellence in Action” dividend check, your check was enclosed in your UM packet. We are proud to report that more than half of our network providers received a CNC dividend check for 2008!
