(Termination of a BCBS Health Plan)

Circuit City has terminated its BCBSNC health plan effective 03/31/2009. There are 450 Circuit City BlueCard employees in North Carolina. Please review your accounts receivables for a member ID prefix of CCX or group number 294800 and submit open claims to CNC as soon as practical and please remember that these Circuit City BlueCard members will no longer have coverage through this plan after 03/31/09!
