MEDCOST REMINDER for North Carolina Providers!

ALL Inclusive Health claims must be sent to CNC.

Inclusive Health, also known as the North Carolina Health Insurance Risk Pool (NCHIRP), became effective January 1, 2009, and contracted with MedCost to use their provider network. As the chiropractic network for MedCost, CNC North Carolina providers will be “in-network” providers for Inclusive Health.

At this time, Inclusive Health claims must be submitted to CNC via “paper claims” using the CMS 1500 claim form.  (These claims cannot be submitted electronically to CNC via ChiroTrack.)   We anticipate that you will be able to submit these claims electronically through ChiroTrack within a few months and will let you know as soon as this can be done.
