Thinking of Purchasing New Practice Management Software?
If your office is planning to purchase a new billing software or just beginning to research new billing software, please contact your CNC ChiroTrack Rep to discuss the features your new practice management software will need for filing electronic claims to CNC.
In the future, your checks from CNC will be automatically deposited into your bank account via EFT’s (electronic funds transfers) and we will also be able to provide you with HIPAA 835 electronic payment and EOB file. This electronic 835 file will automatically post payments to your patient’s accounts (no more time-consuming posting those large EOB’s…). The electronic 835 file will replace the paper EOB’s that you currently receive from CNC. You will want to be sure that any new software you purchase includes this “posting” capability, as well as other features that will be important to you in the future.

CNC can assist you in this process by providing a list of questions that you may want to ask your vendor before purchasing new software. |
