ChiroTrack®, our state-of-the-art electronic claims filing system, is READY TO USE! Please assist us with pre registering by completing the form that was recently mailed to you. We need for each CNC provider to complete this simple form and fax it to CNC within 10 days. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM AND FAX TO CNC, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO SEND YOUR CLAIMS ELECTRONICALLY. We will be launching ChiroTrack® as soon as we have completed this pre registration process! IF YOU HAVE MISPLACED THIS FORM AND NEED A NEW ONE, JUST FAX A REQUEST FOR THE ChiroTrack® PREREGISTRATION FORM AND WE WILL SEND YOU ONE PROMPTLY.
ChiroTrack® will enable you to send your "CNC"claims electronically to CNC, via the Internet. (ChiroTrack® is ONLY for your CNC claims, not for Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) Once you have registered for ChiroTrack®, you will NO LONGER NEED TO USE A CLEARINGHOUSE to send your CNC electronic claim file to CNC. ChiroTrack® is designed to work with all practice management software systems so that you can directly send your claims to CNC, without the need of a clearinghouse. There is no cost to you for this service! Our software design partner, BIZTECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, will assist each office with set-up and sending a test file, again at no cost to you!. We will provide technical support for ChiroTrack® and assist you every step of the way!
To assist you with reducing denials, ChiroTrack® utilizes a sophisticated data validation system prior to sending your claims to the insurance companies. Claims submitted with any "edit errors" (such as missing CPT code, missing patient ID#, missing DOB, etc.) will be "caught" by ChiroTrack®. Each day you will receive notification of the number of claims that were successfully processed. If any claims have errors, the system will notify you of this as well. Should any claims have errors, you will have the opportunity to correct those claims, right on your screen. Best of all, the system will "tell" you specifically what is wrong with each claim!. Then you simply correct the claims and resubmit. ChiroTrack® also provides you with important management information such as how many claims for each type of insurance you processed and the total dollar amount of those claims.
For those of you who do not send any claims electronically, sending your claims by paper will continue to be an option through the end of 2007. For those of you who choose to continue to use a clearinghouse, you will still be able to do so. However, ChiroTrack® was designed to allow you to skip the clearinghouse, which can reduce your costs and allow you to receive your payments more quickly! Certain claims such as coordination of benefits (secondary claims) and corrected claims will still need to be sent by paper.
Making the most of available technology, saving you valuable time and reducing your costs are the reasons ChiroTrack® was designed. CNC looks forward to providing this great service to our providers. Please complete the final pre registration form for ChiroTrack® and return this form to CNC within 10 days!
