Quality begins with our credentialing program that exceeds both NCQA and URAC standards, assuring that only the finest physicians are allowed to represent our contracted payors. At the heart of our CQI program is progressive utilization management that identifies costly outliers and targets those physicians for reeducation and/or removal from the network if utilization patterns are not improved. Our utilization management includes a pay-for-performance program that reduces churning while rewarding quality, efficiency and cost containment. Our documentation, coding and compliance program provides ongoing provider education and improves compliance to your corporate medical policies as well as reducing fraud and abuse. The impact of our extensive CQI program is a significant reduction in the costs of chiropractic care to our payors without sacrificing quality.

SERVICES
Our commitment to electronic solutions are supported by significant investments in technology that enable us to process more than 3 million clean claims to our payors each year, with a single push of a button. All claims are subjected to payor-specific edits to assure that only clean claims are transmitted to you. Claims are transmitted to you via a HIPAA 837 claim file, and all under a single EIN, eliminating the need for individual provider checks. CNC does all the rest; we receive your 835 remittance file and distribute payments on your behalf to our network physicians. Our CNC Provider Representatives field more than 6000 phone calls per month that would otherwise be directed to our contracted payors, providing additional administrative costs reductions.
