How to sign up for ChiroTrack®

CNC will call each provider's office by phone when we are ready for you to start testing.  Please do not print out the EDI agreement and fax it to CNC until CNC has contacted you by phone and requested that you do so.

Once we contact you, the sign up process is handled by CNC and our technical support team, Biz Technology Solutions. CNC will notify Biz Technology Solutions when your office is ready to start testing, but in order to begin testing, the following criteria must be met:

  • ChiroTrack® Pre-registration must be completed.
  • Signed EDI Agreement has been returned to CNC.
  • CNC will then mail you your temporary username and password
  • The “We’re Ready for ChiroTrack®” fax must then be faxed to CNC

 

As soon as the above steps are completed, the “testing” phase can begin. CNC will notify Biz Technology Solutions that you are ready to send your test file. Then:


  • A CNC technical representative will contact you in order to send a test file.
  • A test file must be sent through the ChiroTrack® system.
  • A CNC technical representative must give their approval on the test file. (You will continue to send your CNC claims by paper while you are sending your test file.)
  • Once the test file has been approved, you will be notified by CNC that you can begin electronically submitting all your CNC claims via ChiroTrack®!
